Logo Design Brief
Create a logo for a new church called Rooted Community Church. We are located in the pacific northwest, at the foothills of the cascade mountains with Mount Rainier almost in our backyard.
Our vision/mission is to be rooted in Christ, the Bible, and our community. We need a simple yet elegant logo that envelopes our context and our vision/mission.
The logo needs to travel well on to different forms of communication and standout.
Not overly detailed but detailed enough to stand alone. We would prefer a compact logo + text, but ensure that the logo can travel without text or integrated with text compactly.
The jpeg's attached gives a general example of elements we are more keen to look for.
Tree/forest/tree with anchor/roots/mount rainier are all features that can be incorporated.

Reason: Thank you all for your amazing designs.
We are extending this deadline, because we needed to reschedule our board meeting for a later date. Confirming a design winner is a primary agenda item for our board meeting. so we will confirm a design by Monday August 7th and select a winning design on Tuesday August 8th.

- Cross, Tree, Forest or Group of trees, tree with anchor or roots, Mount Rainier in the background.
- Incorporate some sort of Washington state tree (evergreen/douglas fir/etc.) symbol or related to being rooted.
- Elements of the forests of the pacific Northwest are all features that can be incorporated.
- Fairly simple but elegant;
- Easy logo to travel with on all types of forms of communication.
