Logo Design Brief

This will be for a fast casual Vietnamese restaurant. Cilantro is the main word. Vietnamese cafe is a sub word, should be smaller and at the bottom. I would like to see a cilantro leaf behind the word with the stem starting towards the middle , leaf toward the top right end between the R and O. Vietnamese Cafe should be under. If possible, I would like the cilantro leaf to kind of pop out (3D)
