Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for frozen yogurt that we make just for dogs. It is made with real, whole ingredients, like yogurt, peanut butter and bacon, and does not have refined sugar. It is veterinarian approved as a treat. The attached files are of the dog we want to be on the logo, we'd like "Scoop" above the dog's face, "Dog" below in kind of a circle and we'd like the blue ribbon underneath with the "frozen treat just for dogs" on the ribbon. We will be needing two forms of the logo, one will be circular for the top of the package, and one will need to be more rectangular for the side of the package. The top circle is is 3" in diameter, but the rectangle will need to be approx 1.5"high x 3"wide.
