Logo Design Brief

Need logo for new real estate firm in Dallas, TX. We purchase and resell property, buy property and rent to tenants, and we also represent buyers and sellers in transactions. We also provide property tax consulting services. We need a logo appropriate for yard signs, business cards.

A few details to note:
1.) We do not particularly want a home, roof or other structure in the logo.
2.) We want the logo to incorporate black, blue, and white.
3.) We'd like the logo to communicate trust(blue) and prestige(black).
4.) We want the logo to be recognizable(not generic).

The word "Realty" should be should be in the form of a subscript or tag line.
