In fact, the budget is good enough for INVITATION design only.
To get the flyer design and TICKETS design you need to increase the budget.

For the flyer, it will be the same design as the invitation but just a larger size.

The ticket is also different size, but will just use the same backdrop.

As per your comment, it seems that you will happy with the same design of invitation design for other 2 cases i.e. flyer and tickets, all you need just a SIMPLE RESIZE. If so then no need to increase the payment.

But you know sometimes we have experienced that not a simple RESIZE will be the solution as others dimension are not proportional with the original design. IN that case, we need to work from the scratch, I mean all elements will be placed and then resized with elements property and then adjusted as per the dimension. So it needs time.
I hope you can understand the scenario.
