Logo Design Brief

‘Loop It’ is a start-up business for eco-logic waterless sanitary systems made in New Zealand.
Waterless urinals are our key – product.

Clean water is essential for life. We believe water should not be used as a waste highway. Nature works in circles and does not know waste. In this way we are looking at the human body products as resources full of nutrition which should go back into the loop of nature.

Urine belongs to the nutrition cycle, to the soil, and not to the water cycle!
Using urine as fertilizer or for chemical processes takes the pressure off sewerage plants, rivers, lakes and oceans. With human Urine one third of the worldwide fertilizer can be substituted.
Our urinals will make it easy to use worm composting toilets for feaces.

We see a growing need for ‘waterless’ urinals in a world where water is becoming both a valuable and scarce resource.
The task is to design a distinctive logo which reflects the ‘Loop It’-philosophy.

Our products have a unique design, are highly functional, and are made out of eco-friendly materials.

We want to distribute our products international, online and in retail by selected retailers

We want to create a light-hearted, modern brand with a funny / easy going approach using the tagline ‘Pee Happy’.

What we want our logo to say on it:

Loop It’ in words and / or as symbol with a great recognition value. We’d like to see the shape of the urinal integrated in the Logo but are open for everything. "Relations" to Water welcome.
