Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my Utah residential real estate team. I run a large team and we primarily work leads generated through my website UtahHomesLive.com. UtahHomesLive.com is the initial point of contact for our leads that become our clients. Throughout the transaction process our leads/clients are using my website. The website is a direct feed from our local MLS and we advertise all homes for sale in the state of Utah. The logo will be featured on our website but will go on all of our signs, cards, emails, shirts, etc. I want the design to be easily recognizable and memorable. It needs to be obvious that it is a real estate logo yet unique from standard real estate logos.

• Must be identifiable as a real estate logo
• Must have the "UtahHomesLive.com" as well as a UHL logo that can stand on its' own
• The most important aspect is the UHL portion of the logo, looking for the most creative use of the initials

Nice to have

• I want a versatile logo that can go with low end homes to high end homes as we feature properties from $5k to 20 million
• I am looking for an energetic logo

Should not have

• Should not be like a generic real estate logo
• I do not like most uses of a roof or house in the logo, if you're going to use a roof make it unique
