I do not know why the page is not working & will not come up when you click on contact. I need someone who is able to do whatever needs to be done to fix it. I will give log in information so that multiple ways may be tried.

The problem is probably on hosting side. I'd like to take a look if you don't mind. Anyway, please give login information to exact freelancer(s) you'll choose through private messages. Messages here/ project files are seen by all freelancers and can be indexed by search engines sometimes.
