Are you sure that the colors should be in RGB?the color codes you have given is in RGB color mode..Normally logos create in CMYK color mode..

Sorry not sure what exactly that means. We are basically looking for a lime green and grey logo with maybe some black, as the guideline. Want the logo to be fairly bold for signage purposes.
