Logo Design Brief
We need a fresh new logo design for our cannabis insurance company based in Las Vegas called EMRLD Risk Management. We provide custom P&C commercial insurance to cannabis businesses in the US and internationally. We would like to see designs that use the colors blue/green, emerald, and/or blue. The final design should be modern, strong, unique, and express confidence and safety and growth. This logo will become a common logo seen in the cannabis industry and should stand out, when people see it they should know who we are. I will provide some of our past logos to give you an idea of what we have from the past but we are looking for something new. We would like to see other creative options.
Updates
A MUST NOT that I forgot to mention... the logo MUST NOT have a marijuana leaf. Even though we serve the cannabis industry, marijuana leafs are not acceptable. Thank you. Added Wednesday, July 12, 2017

Requirements
Must have
- Must have the ability for the logo to be recognized as EMRLD but we would also want the ability to have the logo include the full text, EMRLD Risk Management.
- We will need a color version and a white version
- Must be simple yet unique
- Must be able to have this logo be embroidered on shirts and swag
Nice to have
- Would be nice to see some variations that have a blue/green scheme, an emerald color scheme, and a blue color scheme versions. We like the emerald green but we would like to see other creative options.
Should not have
- no red, yellow, orange, black, pink
- should not be too complex
- should not have an intricate emerald (simple/representative)
