Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new company in New Mexico called "Casero Construction LLC" We build custom residential homes without the huge price tag. The logo will be placed on yard signs while the home is under construction and on our business cards. I want people to see the yard signs and business cards and hopefully think we are unique and fresh! I like primary colors and not more than 3 colors in design. I would like to see an outline of a house or roof-line incorporated somehow. The final design should communicate homes, professionalism and be a more modern design.
