Banner Ad Design Brief

I need to put a banner add on the members section of a website for an organization in which we are members.

The ad size is 470px x 214px.

I am uploading 4 pictures. 1 is a picture of red roses, and 1 is a picture of a t-shirt. These are 2 major products of ours which need to be incorporated in the banner. I do not have these in higher res or vectorized format, so please work with what you have. I am also uploading our 2 logos, one is for our Canadian company, and one for our American company. Both logos should be included at equal sizes.

The following text should be used:
"Proudly providing top quality roses, and custom commemorative grad t-shirts at over 800 schools."

I am just looking for a simple banner incorporating those pictures and that wording. I don't want something that is overly flashy.

I will monitor the submissions in a timely manner and give you feedback.
