Logo Design Brief

I want a logo for a new kind of public relations company. All the information has been placed on this holding website before it's launched. http://prdarlings.co.uk

If the design can convey crowdsourcing, journalism and media in some way, that would be good. A graphic is not a necessity, but from the designs received so far, I admit to liking the ones with a graphic that emphasises the crowd element. Perhaps it would be good to have a graphic that builds a representation of the crowd this relates to - made up of PR people, journalists / influencers, and the client at the centre?

I do not want to be prescriptive about colours, but will admit to finding the black and red, or red and grey designs more interesting. If the logos can fit in with the colours at www.prdarlings.co.uk, that would make my life very easy.
