Logo Design Brief
We need a logo for a fledgling real estate investing firm. Our company rehabilitates and renovates older homes for new residents. We would like the logo to impart a feeling that our firm is much older than it actually is - something that conveys warmth, security, and trust. The logo will appear on all company correspondence, signage, flyers, business cards, websites, advertisements, etc. Accordingly, too much fine detail may not be visible at all sizes. The design must take into account the variety of media upon which it may appear. The logo should be in color, but avoid yellows and reds, please.
