Logo Design Brief

Our company name is a combination of "Agile" (Flexible, Learn Fast) and "Werk" (means Work in Dutch, Factory in German). The logo should represent the purpose of the company: "Reinventing People, Organizations and Industries to become more Future Fit". Agile is all about learning cycles and people. To put it boldly: People in large organizations were treated like resources (industrial age) based on capitalism in rigid hierarchical organizations. This is now rapidly changing to be more purposeful, agile, human, less hierarchies focussed on delivering real value (not money)
