Web Design Brief
We need a new web site for our company. 28East provides a range of location intelligence and marketing services to assist clients in improving their performance. On the location intelligence side we're the local partner for Google Geo (Maps and Earth) in South Africa, we're the local reseller and can assist company with the implementation and customization - we'll shortly receive the Google partner logo that should also be displayed on the Homepage. On the marketing side, we provide a range of marketing services for example Tenders, Event Management and Copy writing. The company is a blend between a mapping and marketing services company. Must have
- I have uploaded the latest text and suggested pages at this stage. Important is that it should be easy to edit the pages in an HTML editor, e.g. Frontpage. I suspect that the navigation will be expanded later e.g. careers, success stories - so it should be easy for me add new sections to the navigation later on. I have also uploaded the different 28East logo designs. Please include links on the Homepage for Terms and Conditions and PAIA - see www.28east.co.za - also the Copyright Note at the bottom of every page
Nice to have
- Although we're targeting corporates and government, and online customers, the site should be fresh and easy to navigate. I like the use of photographs on sites and make them look more interesting than simply text. Although we're also providing marketing services, the location intelligence (mapping) and Google Maps/Earth aspect are perhaps the most important part of the website.
