Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new executive learning membership program website. The brand name is "6systems academy". The tagline is, "activate learning leadership". The website url will be 6systems.academy. We help learning professionals generate confident leadership by activating six powerful systems of continuous development. We believe that learning organizations make better places to work and the world a better place to live. We are looking for a logo design that is simple, clear, and bold. We would like to see one unique, notable icon attached to / embedded in the logo that can be used separately as a favicon. The coloring should project the word "activate." I want the logo to feel activating and empowering.

Requirements

Must have

• We would like to see one unique, notable icon attached to / embedded in the logo that can be used separately as a favicon.
• Though I marked logo styles which read "optional text" the text is not optional.

Nice to have

• The coloring should project the word "activate." I want the logo to feel activating and empowering.
• It would be nice to have the option to use the icon, or the icon with text (brand name only), or the icon with text (brand name AND tagline). The tagline is optional.
• Is it possible to do an icon that has six streams that form a river and the letter "S"? Is that even possible? I am asking all the designers now.
