Graphic Design Brief

I require a static banner to go on a couple of pages in our website (under development) that highlights that we are a 100% Western Australian Owned & Operated company. I would prefer the banner to be in our company colours (blue shades & grey). I also would like it to be eye catching and modern in design. I have included a 100% West Australian rubber stamp logo to be used as well as including our logo so you know our colours. The banner needs to be 1139 x 350 pixels in size.
