PowerPoint Design Brief

I need a ppt template for the slides at our project management course. IT should be arather simple adn stylish not taking the focus away from the content. We are two companies delivering the course - thus the template should be held in the colours of the two companies and their logos. we need different layouts for the template - the logos should be included in minimum the title layout.
The content is a mix of text and figures.
