Logo Design Brief

We help consumers who have high amounts of credit card debt. We are not a government organization and don't want to deceive people into thinking so. But we want something patriotic and official looking. Want to make sure it's different than www.usadp.com to separate ourselves. Their logo is just a blue and red swoosh underneath the company name.
