Web Design Brief

I am interested in a web site that encompasses two exiting websites. www.jmnpi.com and www.about-force.com. The new logo has already been created. I would like a "word press" design, with appx 8 pages. Colors: Black, Red, Gray & White. The Logo is Red/white with a black background. I want the website to have both a Corporate and Dynamic feel. My Target Audience is for; Security and Investigations on a National scale. The designer will create the design and upon design approval, finalize the website with the necessary text, files and functionality.
