Logo Design Brief

I am a real estate agent selling residential real estate in the Alpharetta, Georgia area. I need a simple and clean logo with "Scott Trowbridge Real Estate" as part of the logo. The color scheme can include any combination of the following colors: blue, white, gray, black, silver.

I would prefer a clean, professional, and sophisticated look and feel as I am selling homes starting at the $500,000 range.

Requirements

Must have

• Different text colors to highlight "Scott Trowbridge"
• Please present designs with both a white and black background. White background please include what design looks like on a business card or letterhead.
• Ideally, it would be great if the logo and text could be used together or independently of each other. The logo could then be used as a badge without the "Scott Trowbridge" text.
• Remember, this is residential real estate so no tall buildings should be incorporated.

Nice to have

• I've seen logos that include a rooftop silhouette or something resembling a residential property.
• I think it could be cool to incorporate "S" and "T" into the design of the house or roof silhouette in the logo. That way the house with "S and "T" in the design could be used as a small logo without the text, "Scott Trowbridge Real Estate"

Should not have

• anything that looks like cheesy clipart
