Logo Design Brief

I'd like a logo for my company, Neptune Holdings that includes an octopus graphic. The company manages a number of aggressive consumer brands.

Specifically, I'd like to have an octopus wearing a fez hat. In the middle of the fez hat, I'd like to have a human eye in the middle.

I want the octopus to come across as a bit sinister.

I prefer an outline design of the octopus/hat.
