T-shirt Design Brief

T-shirt design for the revitalization of a part of town called Rivertown. Would like a separate logo and the words Come around Rivertown. Elements could be: A river, a delta, historic buildings (see photo, maybe the building outlines?). Would like to not use actual photos, but a stylized logo or symbol. Objective is to bring people to the area, make the design so cool that people will buy the shirt whether they care about thte cause or not.
