Sticker Design Brief

We need to get a design for a 4 inch High by 2 1/2 inch wide label that is 8 to a sheet (4 and 4). Same label for all 8, but each label is 4 H by 2.5 W.

Labels have rounded corners.

Significant bleed but I do not have the exact dimensions so whatever file is provided I need to be able to edit to shift around. The attached is a template provided by Uline.

Looking to have both logos somewhat small at the top with small words "In Partnership With" between them. The labels are likely too small for them to be side by side so they will need to be stacked with the words between. I do not want the logos to overpower but also to be visible.

I would like a gray-ed out box prominently in the center of the label with large words "Your Logo Here" and small underneath "Your Branding Message Here"
