Logo Design Brief

Logo design for a company called Tailored Consulting based in Madison, Wisconsin. We are an engineering consulting company providing onsite services to Industrial Clients. We also design HVAC systems and custom controls for Air Handling Units. I would like a logo that Emphasizes the "T" in Tailored and be colored light blue. Attached are my own attempts at a logo. I like the swoops on the T.
