Logo Design Brief

My new business 'IO Property' is a “Rent to Rent” property management business in New Zealand that requires a logo and business card design. "Rent to Rent" is where I rent a property from the landlord/property owner, then rent the property out at a higher rate to tenants.

The IO reference in the business name refers to Input/Output (in a technology sense); and represents the fact that we will leverage a strong use of systems to manage our properties and tenants

The Logo Design should be simple and modern, include some form of a house within the design and use the colour green.
