Web Design Brief
We need a website for our project ReFrame, which mainly will serve as a information site for our stakeholders. (refugees/mentees, employers/mentors, municipality and sponsors)
We also need a logo/visual design program for the project. We are thinking something green/grey/blue - close to the logo used today. The design should communicate growth, understanding/integration, knowledge. The name ReFrame comes from refugees reframing/redesigning their future as part of the concept.
ReFrame is a two-dimensional consept/program to support refugees in redesigning their future and increasing their employability. The program offers a mentor to each refugee. Mentors will be trained in the mentor-role and will be instrumental in supporting the refugees in their quest to understand work culture in Norway. Understanding of intercultural communication and the value of diversity in the workplace is an important part of the program for both parties. Nature will provide a setting for the conversations between mentor and mentee
