Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new sanitation company called 'Precise Sanitation'. We aim to provide companies and businesses with sanitation services. This included factories, food processing plants, offices, and eventually residential.
We would like to see a logo with 2 things in particular:
1. a Bulls-eye in the O in Sanitation
2. someone on the far left with either a power hose or a squeegee, to make it as if they are beginning to clean the company name (but the name should still be there)

- We would want to see a logo also with option 2 but without option 1 (the bulls-eye)
- The company name should be written in black and the background of the logo is white
- As for the figure cleaning, we would like to incorporate the water in blue and the figure in color
- As for the bulls-eye in the O, it should be either 1. in black and white or 2. color

Also, our Moto is: 'When precision meets sanitation, you get perfection!'
If that could also be added as well in smaller text.
