Poster Design Brief

We are looking for a poster for our upcoming event, "Tomorrowland Charity Ball" - a sit down dinner formal event hosted by our university club, EMAS.

Usually we source designs internally from our committee (even if they aren't the most amazing quality), however this time round we have no one available to do it as everyone is a volunteer.

The event's theme is 'winter wonderland', based around the snowy forests you see in Narnia or Game of Thrones (neither of these specific things are the theme however). Our venue is a clear-roof marque in a space surrounded by very tall pine trees giving off the forest vibe, and there are festoons strung between the trees so this is an element of warm light amongst the forest, perhaps a building or village tucked away in the forest.

The poster is for printing out at A3 size, and we will also need to create a Facebook event cover photo and other marketing graphics from the original poster files so some flexibility in the design and original files are required.
