Menu Design Brief
This is a new restaurant launching Summer 2017. Restaurant is a conversion of long standing small town existing family pizza/italian restaurant. new concept shifts concept to a family pub atmosphere featuring familiar appetizers, burgers, wood-fired pizza, and daily specials, draft beer, full- bar.
atmosphere is casual. want menu to reflect a more current "vibe" than the old place did. Not cold and modern, but retain the cozy familiar feel, without seeming dated and old fashioned.
