Logo Design Brief

READ THIS FIRST: LOGO MUST HAVE A MODERN VERSION OF LEONARDO DAVINCI'S VITRUVIAN MAN. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT LOGOS WITHOUT THIS, THEY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

We would like a modern redesign of an existing logo. The logo is the vitruvian man on a chroma green background. This logo, a famous drawing by Leonardo daVinci, represents Mastery, Excellence and the connection between art and technology. The green background represents the visual effects green screen.

The name CG Masters refers to the faculty who are all master-level artists, technicians and supervisors from the film, tv and animation industries. We feel the vitruvian man perfectly embodies the qualities our industry needs in a professional.

three years ago, a visual effects protest occurred in which thousands of professionals worldwide replaced their facebook images with a green background, representing solidarity and a powerful message to powerful hollywood producers that the vfx industry workers would not stand for the kind of treatment they were receiving. This powerful message is an integral part of our identity and is represented as the negative space behind the vitruvian man.
