Logo Design Brief
We need a logo to use on stationary, business cards, web sites. It needs to be horizontal, contain a graphic with at least one apartment building. It should have the name "Midland Properties LLC" incorporated in the design itself. Please do not use "MP" as a design element. A slogan or locator may go underneath the logo. It needs to be 2D (not multi-dimensional looking, no shadows, bevels, etc.) and no more than two colors that will also look good printed in black and white. Our company colors are dark blue and black. This logo should look spectacular on a white background.

Renters of multifamily (apartment) buildings. 25-45 years old, likely skews female, and skews younger (25-35 years). Urban.
