Logo Design Brief

Hello,

I am in need of a new logo design for a company that I have just started called Bean Machine. Bean Machine is a marketing and development agency ran by a bunch of cat loving nerds.

The logo needs to be primarily black and white. I am okay with a simple accent color if necessary. Having a negative space design is not mandatory, but I do think it is really cool and would be awesome if it could somehow be incorporated.

The logo must include a black cat with gears as a brain and mechanics outside the head (image examples included). I am open to other interpretations, but basically it needs to look like a really sleek, intelligent black cat and include the font "Bean Machine". I prefer san serif fonts without any frills - think sharp, sleek, technology, and flat.
