Banner Ad Design Brief

We need 4 Banner Ads that interchange with the banner ad of the same size as per attached images. We also would like the 'Free Quote' icon to flash. The design is already done, we just need someone to be able to make these interchange to be able to use as Google Adsense ads and banner ads. I have attached the .jpg and .psd files. We are open to the designer coming up with a better design though and if we like it we will go with you. We are a drafting company targeting Perth and our companies main benefits are affordable, quick turn-around, local, excellent designs and guarantee council approval.
