Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design that could feel its modern and classic together....its premium cafe....our interior design theme is Cyprus and Copper. It need not to have the words "Cafe" but its up to your design concept. As clean as it could be, I will have some references attached.
Do not put coffee mug, cup or beans in the logo. I need simple but elegant.
Cyprus Island Icon is optional depending on the design.
