Web Design Brief

We need a new homepage.
We would like to keep some of the same elements - like the postcode checker, but make everything much more clear.
Customers can select a seasonal box (allowed up to 4 changes), or pick and choose their own box.
If they go on a weekly or fortnightly box subscription they will get FREE delivery from their second order. We call this the "set and forget" option.
They can also order from our pantry, and cleaning packages (these are coming) or they can select their own.
We want this to be clear on the website when they first land on the page.
We want to keep a rustic look, but tie it in with the white wooden background and the green from our logo.
The farmers report and recipe section for the blog should be on the front page. And a sign up for them to sign up to our newsletter and get a free meal planner for their week.
We also have a community group on facebook that we would like to invite people to to share recipes, and information.
Also somewhere that shows our activity on our social media?
