Character Design Brief
I would like to have a RPG, 90's/2000's style pixel game character made to my likeness to display on my work-related website (I translate games). I would need two images with the same character doing two different poses. Each image would need to be about 230x230 or so, not too big. White shapeless background so that the image borders fade into the page, leaving only the character visible.
Something in the style, but not identical to this:

As for the character himself, he would be dressed in everyday clothes, a bit on the work side; jeans+shirt etc. Casual office get up. Brown, semi-long but compact curly hair (not a ball of hair or anything) and brown eyes.
For the first design, he would need to be standing up, facing the reader, holding each of his hand up to his side a bit below his shoulders. Above each hand there would be a small sphere, with the left one representing the UK flag and the right one representing the French flag. Left and right being from the reader's perspective.
For the second design: the character would again be standing up, facing the reader, but this time having one arm crossed in front of him and the other with his hand to his chin, looking as if he is asking himself something. The typical "questioning and self-reflection" pose, basically. Question marks above or near his head would be nice too.

- Character designs reminiscent of 2000's JRPGs would be ideal; a designer who is familiar with the character style of Star Ocean 2, Trails in the Sky, etc.
