Logo Design Brief

Jade Yoga is a one-girl personalised yoga business about to set up in Sydney.

After I was diagnosed with severe autoimmune related nerve problems, my quest for answers eventually led me to yoga. It was transformative – strengthening and helping heal my body, however I soon realised the bigger benefit of the practice involves gaining skills to better face the things in life which I cannot change!

I feel incredibly lucky to have found doable yoga to suit me at a time when I was neither bendy nor fit and as such am incredibly passionate about teaching yoga (not acrobatics!) to anyone who can bring a sense of curiosity to their mat.

I love teaching young and old - both yoga and meditation. My style of classes are supportive, nurturing and playful with a focus on inquiry throughout and FUN!
