Flyer Design Brief
I am looking for a pretty standard and professional real estate flyer listing my property for lease. I am not looking for anything over the top creative, just something very professional looking. The building address is 3521 W. Broward Boulevard, Lauderhill, FL 33312. I included some sample flyers of what other companies use as examples on what I am looking for. Please use the attached Sina Companies Realty logo, but remove the long line after it extends past the words. I also included a Word file that gives you the building information and marketing information. Please use the photos attached in the zipped folder as you see fit.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: I am getting updated building measurements next Thursday. I want to be able to give these figures to you to ensure the flyer is final. I will keep making comments on the rest of the designs while I wait for those numbers.

Reason: Just got the floor plans, so I needed to adjust the figures on the flyer. Otherwise I would just have an incorrect flyer.
