I like the designs that tell a story rather than are an actual logo. definitely has to work well with a turquoise cover. not more than three colours. needs to include house, love, money and land - but don't have to be separate symbols. some designs just address house which is not enough. I like it a bit fun, not corporate looking.

I also like mid century modern type design.
