Logo Design Brief

I have an existing logo that has served me well. I am adding a location that I would like to have the updated design reflect. I have uploaded the file. I want the street name 'Kavanaugh" in some sort of script below the main logo and wording.

I am thinking having a cursive script that shows the same logo but with the "Kavanaugh" scrip worked in.

I would like the logo to be in grayscale.
