Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo design that can be created off the original style. We like the colours we currently use however the swirls are too much and we're hoping we can modernise the style of the logo. We are a recruitment and consulting agency that works with General Practitioners. Our brand is based on relationships and providing the best service for our clients looking for work. Our website is alectoaustralia.com and recently we've updated our homepage to improve our look and feel and also modernise the brand while trying to communicate the importance of our relationships. Please do not use stethoscopes or lab coats in the design. I have attached a few examples below of logo's that are clean but I'm happy for you to be creative.
