We'd love a logo that clearly communicates our name, simple, sleek, yet (if possible) conveys music instruments. Logos of course opens a variety of subjective opinions and passions on what it's for etc.... without conducting a poll I've provided our current logo and just one idea of a new one. This should give a fairly good idea of where were at with it. My frustration, is that our current logo is not in vector art format and I've had to do my best trying to duplicate the jpg of it in CorelDraw. Of course when the current logo gets shrunk down, it degenerates. I'd like a more easy to use and place logo that works well everywhere and something that would stand up through time.

Requirements
Must have
- Need it as a vector art file, so I can use it easily everywhere for the company. Needs to look as clear as possible being tiny as it does large. If we'd like to put on a Pen, you could read it, or a thumbnail image. Needs to look great in Black and White or color. Would like a vector version, where we can play around with the color and easily add a black outline to it so it would not require a colored background. Don't want that tail to wag the dog though either, wanna stay open minded.
Nice to have
- Open to Any Style of Logo - wordmark, pictorial, lettermark, etc.... Should not go too crazy with colors... want the logo to look good & clear on pens, hats, shirts, letter head, etc...
Should not have
- Too much of a busy look.
