T-shirt Design Brief

I want a design for a first annual music festival. Various artists with no specific genre aimed at 30 plus crowd. There will be performers on the street and hopefully we will have funds for
a main stage as well. The village has tea/coffee shops, various restaurants, and other small businesses including 2 flower shops. The name "Belmont Village Bestival" should be very evident. I have included a logo that I've created with limited tools but it gets to the idea of what I'm looking for. The festival takes place in September. Do not include the date on the shirt/logo. I would like to be able to use this logo on T-shirts, website, social media, etc.

Requirements

Must have

• It music have title "Belmont Village Bestival" and a visual indication that it is a music festival (not a jazz festival!!). It must have clarity and uniqueness. There are plenty of music festivals out there - I want this one to stand out with it's logo/visual appeal.

Nice to have

• Option of Black and White or Colour - logo could work either way.

Should not have

• No saxes in logo. Nothing that looks too cut and paste.
