Flyer Design Brief
We are custom home builders and we need a flyer to place in literature boxes on lots where we are building a house. Most times it's a lot and home package. But sometimes it's just a home to be built on someone lot they already own. We'd like it to list items that are included and the options being offered. It will have to have our business contact info., website info, etc.
We'd like it to have colors to go with our website and logo.
www.brooksandpalmer.com. You may use some of the wording from our website if needed. We want a place to upload the house that we intend to build, which will change, (not all projects are the same house) plus maybe side stock pictures of our homes or things inside the home we have built.
This file would have to be so that it will allow us to change the sales price, items included and options from time to time and anything else that needs to changed, depending upon where we are building. I will upload an example of one we have used in the past that I did myself. But I know it can be done better
