We match that need to entities that are experts in installing large capacity fiber optic cables whether under the sea or overland. We match the need and capacity to deliver to available/desired routes. And finally we introduce entities who can finance these projects. In short, we match the need to transmit large volumes of data to service providers with access to desired routes and provide project funding sources. Each of these entities represent a segment of our target market.
