Hi!! I would like to select your design as the winner. Can you provide me with a revision to your design with the following so I can see it as close to what I'm envisioning?

1. Correct name: Sandra Mann-Hawkins
2. Add blue color into the signage similar to my business card.
3. Perhaps use a bolder font on the "For Sale" text so there's bigger impact.
4. Provide a sample of what an Open House Directional sign might look like with this same design concept.

Here's the dimensions (2 different size signage):

Need 18" h x 24"w file size. If there is a bleed, please leave a 1/8th" bleed with trim marks if there is bleed.
This is double sided, so for any directional arrows on Open House signage, make sure one side points to the left, and one points to the right.

This has two inserts for one frame, so for any directional arrows, make sure one side points to the left, and one points to the right.

Please outline all text and embed all photos/images, it is very important that he/she does that. Vectorized images are highly recommended over jpeg, png or other image files.
