Logo Design Brief

I need a company logo for my nonprofit offering support to elderly or ill and their animals, primarily dog walking and care. I would like the logo to have a playful, organic, modern look and feel, easily recognizable and easily printed for letterhead, business cards, shirts, etc. The text font should also be simple and modern. Depending on the design, could be separate or incorporated into the logo design.

Requirements

Must have

• Dog and human motif. I would like an organic-looking logo with a yin-yang motif, one half human and one half dog, also incorporating a sage leaf, possibly as the "tails" of each yin-yang half

Nice to have

• If the dog portion of the logo could have pointed ears and a prominent, long nose, like one of my dogs (see attached photo) that would be nice! The logo overall should be less representational and more modern or abstract, though.
