Logo Design Brief

We need a logo which will reflect the concept and the feel of our brand. The fashion label is called Faith and Poetry. The entire brand is underpinned with urban style poetry and many of the garments have poems sewn into them somewhere inside which tell you the meaning of the collection they belong to. To get a good feel for the brand, please check out our social media, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. I can also provide mock ups of the upcoming designs which the logo will be embroidered onto.

our target market is 18-35 year old males who like fashion, the party lifestlye and music. They take care in their appearance and are trendy in their scene.

Requirements

Must have

• must be possible to embroider - so shading and colour etc shouldn't be a part of the design and not too much detail.
• must fit the brand and the designs as will be on the breast of the tshirts
• must have imagery with at least some relevance to the name Faith & Poetry (which is about poetic expression and having faith in yourself and life, and being faithful to your passions and values)

Nice to have

• Both brand name and an identifiable image.

Should not have

• must not be too similar to other brands in the same corner of the industry. See
• Sik Silk, Gym King, Religion, All Saints, Sinners Attire, Good For Nothing, Scar Tissue, Judas Sinned, 11 degrees, Enuki London etc. (tip: a Google search of an outlet stocking any of these brands will likely bring up a store whose list of stocked brands will show all logos together)
